Day to Day at Spectrum of Hope as a BCBA:

• Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
• Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
• Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism

Who You Are

• Current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families
